Taste the rainbow

We tried to make a rainbow using skittles and warm water. First we used paper plates, water and spoons to pour the water onto each skittle. This did not work as well as we wanted so we discussed how to change the experiment to improve it. We decided to use plates, warm water and pour the water in the centre of the plate. This was a huge success and some children have even enjoyed recreating this experiment at home too!
