Taste experiment

P3-5 pupils had a tasting afternoon when they firstly identified the different taste sensations of their tongue. Then, in groups, they tried to identify the different foods and decide whether they were bitter, sweet, salty or sour.  

They got to try:

hula hoops

honey

salt

coffee

grapefruit

jellybeans

yoghurt

lemon

As you can see some of them were not impressed with the coffee and grapefruit. Well done for all the pupils for trying the variety of foods!
